This is long overdue, I’ve sold a couple properties to Visionary Home Offer including a 11 Unit apartment in San Jose. I worked with Sean directly, and he was extremely transparent and reliable. The company dealt with the existing tenants professionally as a transfer of ownership of a big building could be a headache with the tenants I had long term relationship with. Overall, they were all pleased with the transfer and Visionary made it easier than I thought. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process, the best part is they covered all the closing costs, and avoided realtor commissions as it was a win-win for both sides. They took “AS IS” as I haven’t been able to do a full renovation to the units throughout the decade. 10/10 recommend, whether you sell a house or an apartment!

This team is awesome! I had heard that investment companies were pushy, hard to work with and would take advantage of the need to sell. But upon talking with Luis at the start and then the meet up at the property, which was done with my son, who was extremely impressed with Luis. Luis was friendly and never pushy, easy to talk with.
